Pros (+) The hotel's location is unbeatable. This is a beautiful building with lots of charm and history. The rooms are big and overall quiet, even when there is a celebration in one of the event spaces or the patio.
Cons (-) The room service could use some improvements in consistency and customer experience. We are not ones to complain, but when you request a simple hotel amenity, such as coffee in the room every day you're staying there, it's an inconvenience.

Cons (-) We paid for a “deluxe” king. The room needs maintenance, especially the bathroom. The jacuzzi didn’t work at all.

Pros (+) The location is very central and the adjoining plaza is beautiful and peaceful.
Cons (-) The windows were all glazed over so you have no view at all. The rooms are extremely basic. For the price I expected some luxury. No hot water in our shower. Bath tub dirty/discoloured. Coffee machine provided but no coffee. Again, for the price, that is a minimum. The fitness suite is tiny, only has cardio machines, and is also used as a place to store luggage. I don't know how secure your luggag...
