Pros (+) Location. Staff were wonderful. Quiet comfy room. Breakfast amazing. Spa looked great ( but forgot my swimsuit) Roof bar opened while we were there . Looked great

Cons (-) Room was cleaned and towels replaced and taken once in three days. Kleenex, conditioner and cream not replenished. Floors were not swept. Glasses were not washed and extra glasses were not taken away.

Cons (-) Soooooooo much noise everywhere. If you're on the first floor, prepare to not sleep. Heat from the jacuzzi area in the basement seeps through all the way, and sounds from reception, outside and from other rooms is super noticeable. Bathroom is also super warm with no ventilation.

Pros (+) Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Boudapest. Spacious and well decorated rooms. Very helpful staff. The Breakfast area and the breakfast itself are amazing . Jacouzi and sauna also very nice. Very good location.
Cons (-) The gym is very small and with little equipment. The cleaning of the rooms was not the best some days.

Pros (+) Very helpful as I'd misunderstood the room facilities and didn't realise the deluxe room I'd booked with a bath didn't have a shower! Couldn't survive without shower, so although it was a downgrade, they found us an alternate room which was more than okay
