The cleanliness and the view from the room
More options in food could have been better
Good view.
We checked out earlier because it was so dirty and smelled so bad and sickening from the toilet that had not been cleaned properly. When we arrived in the room there was something spilled in the middle of the room, the receptionist tried wiping it off with bath towels, hence the whole floor was sticky, and they did not clean it afterwards the next day. View was very good
A bag of food was thrown by the cleaning staff of the hotel. When asked they said it was thrown by mistake by her as she thought it was garbage. How can a bag with food which is kept on table be considered as garbage? Also washrooms had foul smell.
Excellent location, loved the Mountain View room. We were lucky that it was snowing the day we visited, snow clad Mountain View was breathtaking.
Overall good - maybe they could add some breakfast options. Also the usage of elevators, especially when carrying bags can be sometimes inconvenient (need to take some steps for entering each floor).
Excellent view! Very friendly and helpful staff! The family room we stayed is great!

Like: The staff was very kind and helpful with everything. We had a problem driving downhill when snowfall, and the staff helped us get through it with comforting words. The food choices in breakfast was good not that much varieties but it was enough and pack with quality. I loved the location, the hotel has an amazing room view over the Kazbegi mountains and the valley. The room is spacious and has everything we need. Clean bathroom and very comfy bed! The staff was friendly and a separate thanks to administrator Luna who was always there for us and helped us whenever we contacted her. Good hotel, but surroundings not clean, stray dogs all around hotel entrance, making it very uncomfortable.
Loved everything, the staff, the rooms, the view and services for sure.
