Cons (-) Room is across the train tracks, too loud and wakes me up when train passes by. Pool/jacuzzi tile edges are rough and sharp, got me scratches from the edges. It’s water too may have too much chlorine. Breakfast can also be improved, at least offer eggs and or omelets.

Pros (+) We did like that the staff was very nice and the location right next to the train station is great. Also, the view from the terrace is amazing. We would stay here again if it was another room with mountain view. Hot tub with a view was very nice and perfect temperature.
Cons (-) Beware if you take the budget room and you are a light sleeper. I was aware that I wasn’t taking a mountain view room, but didn’t expect to not sleep well for the 4 nights we were there. You will not sleep, trains come around all night and you can hear them because you will want to leave the windows open because there is no A/C. Pros (+) The views from each room and the dining area are breathtaking. The Spa is sensational. The staff such as Dima, Sanya and Daniel were outstanding and made the stay memorable. A hotel we will certainly return to.

Pros (+) The breakfast was plentiful with good options such as eggs, fruit, toast and coffee. The staff was wonderful and always checking on the guests.
Cons (-) We only ate at restaurant one night. The menu and selection of food was not our preference.
