I had asked for a double bed as I was travelling with my partner but they gave us two single beds pushed together.
Staff and cleanliness
Breakfast could be better: some more fruits, breads and patesserie.
Great location, nice room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Quieter than where we normally stay, but you can still walk everywhere. If you have a car, you can still find parking in the street. Padaria Portuguesa 3 minutes walk which was a bonus.

Very good property in top location and friendly staff. Excellent value for money at one of the best location for business meeting and also for exploring Lisbon.
Nothing to complain about
Excellent Location. Metro on the doorstep (Marques De Pombol Station). Room, bath and wardrobe were spacious and most facilities are available in the room. Breakfast was good though very standard dishes everyday.
It is suggested that they provide complimentary water bottles daily and the spread of breakfast dishes differs on different days.

Everything from the staff at the front desk and in the bar where we had beautiful food to the staff at the breakfast everymorning nothing was to much trouble and always greeted with a smile Location was spot on really enjoyed it and are already talking about booking again next year
Nothing everything was just perfect
The service and the location at Marques de Pombal were great, rooms were comfortable, the breakfast had a wide selection and variety for dietary styles. The hotel staff were very nice. It was worth it.
I could not recharge my phone even with an adapter over the plug (to change the plug amp/voltage configuration so that it can be connected to European outlets), my phone and tablet were not charging at all even after 12 hrs so I went down to borrow from the hotel’s reception an European phone charger but they didn't have one.
