Cons (-) Getting old. Pool has little sun. 3 times in 2 days staff come to room when we resting to firstly ask when to clean, 2nd to offer more water, 3rs to ask us to complete survey. We just wanting alone time. When customers want room clean they put on the sign! Also no compendium in room, detailing facilities and recommendations.

Pros (+) Classic style hotel in great location. Bed really comfy, and the softest, most comfortable pillows ever! Staff attentive, professional and friendly.
Cons (-) Really high prices for spa, food, drinks. I expect to pay more, but seemed excessively high.

Pros (+) This stay we were given a pool view room with balcony. Our previous stay we were a little disappointed so we were pleasantly surprised this time. The room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. As always the staff are friendly and super helpful.
Cons (-) The only issue is the room was a little noisy, particularly when the pool is being used at 7am. But that’s the compromise with such a lovely room which is Ok.
