Second visit to this hotel as we enjoyed it so much the first time. This trip was sadly marred by a large group of families who had zero control over their children and left them unsupervised running riot round the hotel. The hotel staff did their best to deal with the situation. However, most of the adults had no respect and did nothing.
The room was excellent, plenty of space and cleaned, beds made and sheets and towels changed daily. Good coffee machine with coffee pods and mineral water replenished daily. Mini bar in room with soft drinks, beers and snacks for purchase. Food in restaurant is freshly prepared and always plenty of choices to suit all tastes for breakfast and dinner. Pool is a little on the small side but the hot tub, steam room and sauna are a nice touch after a day on the slopes and due to the booking system (and additional cost) they did not get overcrowded.Read more
Great hotel with a nice location!! (Right next to the gondola) The view from the room was awesome, and the staff members were very helpful. Highly recommend!

This was a great stay. Loved the location, the staff, the breakfasts, the size of the room.. hard to beat.
