Pros (+) Location excellent. Plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet. All areas of hotel very clean as was the room.
Cons (-) No tea or coffee making facility in room although it stated on Booking.com website it was included.

Pros (+) Great location, staff is very polite and the structure I stayed in (not hotel Maestrale) is very clean. They did their best to compensate my room/hotel change with free parking in their garage and I appreciated it. Real espresso for breakfast!
Cons (-) I got bumped to the hotel depandance (as they call it) but in reality it was an appartment in their “residence Lungomare“. I was notifed of this over the phone on the day of my arrival and it was presented as an upgrade. The appartment was in order but it was not at the level of what I booked, 3* in my opinion. Pros (+) Amazing hotel, great facilities and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff! Will definitely come again, great value for money! We can only recommend the penthouse suite, great stay!

Pros (+) - modern and clean interior with air con - breakfast was nice - near the beach
Cons (-) - nasty smell coming out of the shower drain from time to time - 20€/day for a parking space - room service entered our room twice just like that and did not even wait for a response after knocking
