Pros (+) Best and most genuine hotel we stayed. We felt really welcome in this 16-room boutique hotel. Staff was super friendly and did everything to make our short stay an unforgettable one.

Pros (+) The hotel was excellent. The desk staff were so helpful and the room very comfortable. The terrace overlooking the Arno was fantastic.
Cons (-) The hotel is fairly isolated—in a very upscale neighborhood but with very few restaurants or shops nearby. The terrace lacked a fly screen, and given it is right on the river, I was covered in mosquito bites by morning.

Pros (+) The location was perfect as it was nice and quiet on the river. The complimentary drink in the room made our trip extra special also. The rooms were spacious and the beds extremely comfortable too. The staff, particularly Jacopo and Heitor went above and beyond!

Pros (+) We were a bit concerned a bit about the location, a bit off the tourist center of Florence, but in the end this was one of the best aspects of this hotel! The area is very silent and peaceful, there are nice restaurants and cafes very close by. The building is impressive, the breakfast room is amazing, you feel you are back in the 17th century :) Everything was working properly, the staff are amaz...
