Walking into Hotel Lomnica is like entering a beautiful dream. The warm welcome and tour of the beautiful art gallery already suggested that this hotel would exceed expectations which it did. We visit this hotel regularly, everything was great as usual.
Friendly staff, exceptional breakfast and clean wellness area. Rooms are small but functional and comfortable
WiFi was poor, most of the time unusable.

Not all the spirals in the infrared sauna worked. The guests did not use the shower after using the sauna before entering the cooling pool.

Lovely design throughout the hotel. Amazing breakfast and a la carte menu in the restaurant.
5star hotel and simple kettle in the room was missing. Should be included the price. Spa if busy, couldn’t get service of drinks, which were also very limited.
The staff was very kind, and the restaurant was amazing. It was indeed one of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had in Slovakia.
At the very least, each guest room should have a kettle, but at 5*, a small espresso machine would probably be an essential addition.
The only thing that disappointed was the bed, it consisted of two mattresses put together, there was a gap between them which made it difficult to sleep.
