Huge room & great breakfast
The tranquility, the staff and the comfortable bedrooms. A perfect location
The toilet kept running. My husband had to fix it. We checked in a day later than what was booked and paid for because they were not flexible in allowing a change. We arrived and no key to lock the door after having a day. Was a cleaner in the room and someone knew the door wouldn't lock. Had to wait for the lock to be changed to leave the property to explore. Quiet beautiful atmosphere
Pool and jacuzzi were dirty, my bathroom reeked of sewer every time we flushed ,water pressure in shower was weak
Overall the whole property and location.
Room #10, was small with no chairs or sofa and the shower was inside of the room.
The grounds are beautiful. Great location once you figure out to put the name of the hotel in maps instead of the address. Awesome staff. And such a view!
The hot tub jets weren’t working on the room hot tub. And the legs on the claw foot tub in other room have sagged to the point the tub will not drain properly. Just maintenance.
I liked the quietness of the hotel, the ease and comfort of the room and in general the facilities seemed very nice and clean. The food was delicious.
I didn't like locating the staff to get drinks or food during the afternoon was difficult. I also didn't like that the pool water wasn't as warm as they said. And one of the beds in the room was very uncomfortable.
Location was good. Breakfast was delicious. Bathroom was spacious. We didn't use pool or jacuzzi due to our stay being so short but both looked clean. Exceptional service by staff.
Beds were a bit too hard for my taste.
Breakfast was very nice and made to order. Not big but enough for us. We did not use the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was big with a great shower - plenty of hot water with a bit of patience. The view was pleasant with a view all the way to Lake Chapala. I loved how quiet it was at night. I hope to return one day here. A little pricey but worth it.
Parking was limited but we were OK with it.
