It was horrible, dirty, hot, no facility, no breakfast
Air conditioning was nit working well, it was super hot, no facility, there was not bottle of water or any drink or snack to buy in hotel, they told you can purchase from gas station 200 feet away from hotel

I arrived to find the boiler was broken and would not be repaired during the time of my reservation. There was no assistance in placing me elsewhere which caused me to scrambe to find an alternate hotel on short notice.
Convince to Lakeshore Drive and the beach along with resturants

The staff was competent. The coffee shop in the lobby had good coffee and pastries.
The hotel room was dated, tiny, uncomfortable, noisy and unpleasant. There was no chair or couch. No refrigerator. The desk chair was broken. The air conditioning unit was ridiculously loud. The bed was old and uncomfortable. They didn’t provide enough towels. The shower head was problematic. The restroom in the lobby was hot, dirty and smelly. Long waits for elevators.

My room was RIGHT next to elevator -- all night long people were making noise right outside my room -- either standing around waiting for the elevator or coming out of it, partying. The hotel and staff were awesome. Loved the rooftop bar! Did have no hot water for a bit, but it was quickly addressed and we were compensated for the inconvenience.
