A great experience! Especially the staff of the hotel and the quality of the service!
The original lido is still visible at the back of the hotel, would be great to see that cleaned up and utilised once more. Loved the original decor throughout the hotel and the rich palette of colours used in a world where muted tones seem to be the go to choice. My bag missed the connecting flight in Amsterdam - the reception staff were super helpful in communicating with the airport on this. Exc...

Staff friendly, lovely historic hotel with character. Reception and room staff were great, so helpful.
Restaurant staff in evening were not so friendly, however, breakfast staff were lovely.
Convenient, comfortable, good breakfast. Availability of gym. Lovely room.
There was the one lift but it worked fine and we rarely had to wait.
The staff was kind and responded to our requests as quickly as possible. The hotel is luxurious and located in a good area, with cafés and shops nearby.
Our room (Executive Suite) was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We had a big round bath, a small dressing area, hairdryer, hot water, good bathroom products as well as bathrobes, slippers and charging points by the bed. We were upgraded to an apartment suite which was fantastic and a very nice gesture. Also had a bottle of prosecco on the house in the room which was a nice welcome.
Staff were excellent, hotel is well situated, room was very comfortable, interesting art and artefacts throughout, very good breakfast, clean.
We were happy at Hotel Lido - no complaints
Great location with good breakfast. I love the vintage style having a modern twist. The rooms facing the main road are a bit noisy but nothing troublesome. It was my second stay here and really enjoyed it. My mother did as well.
