We had the room with the balcony so had a beautiful view of the waters
Location is really good/ between Lapad and Old Town. Staff is super polite. Breakfest is outstanding. Waiters super fast. Hotel is clean. Has restaurants with fish/sushi and meat menu. Both super. Prices fair in both restauranrd. Good sweets in hotel. Nice small swiming area.
- Hotel offer dog service, charging 15e per dax but i would say they are not really used to this kind of service. Dog can not be in the resataurant but this I somehow can ( try to) understand. BUT hotel does not even have eating pot for dog in the room. We asked 2x at the reception and no one bring it. Nevertheless, they are very polite but i have feeling not used to dogs around :) Note: this woul...Read more
Location
Food very ordinary; breakfast choices poor and unappealing
The location was perfect. Close to Old Dubrovnik, public transportation and a wide variety of restaurants. The breakfast buffet was excellent with enough choices to satisfy everyone.
Clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast

Excellent hotel, spacious room and balcony, very helpful staff
Nothing
The location is not crowded of tourists. Quite area and easy to join by walking the old town. 12 minutes away. The spa is little bit really nice and clean. The massage was amazing. I fully recommend.
Do not ask for lunch packets. The gave us an old sandwich dry and with only 2 pieces of cheese and 2 pieces of turkey. They could do a better job. They do not have a a conditioner for hairs. Shame it is just a little think to have more positive points.
The breakfast was good. Huge buffet with lots of selection. Although there are three coffee machines, there were still lineups as Hotel Lero gets very busy Nice pool to enjoy when not being a tourist. The location was great as was the parking. No need for a car as there is a Bus #4 stop within two minutes walking distance. This bus goes straight to old town and only takes about ten minutes Large b...
During our travels in Croatia, the staff at the hotels have all been very warm, welcoming and friendly. We did not find this to be the case at Hotel Lero. The staff overall were difficult to engage, did not make eye contact, smile or even say good morning That was very disappointing. As mentioned before, they are a busy hotel with lots of tours coming and going which I am sure can be tiring. We ha...Read more
Lots of tours leave before 7:00, but breakfast isn’t served until 7:00! Would be great if it could start earlier.
Great room, wonderful breakfast and very staff.
A bit far from the Old Town, 15, 20 minutes walking and up on the way back, but very manageable.
