Pros (+) Room was very spacious, and I really liked the drying machine in the room. It helped to keep our clothes clean. The bottled water was so lovely with the Jeju iconic statue.
Cons (-) The receptionist on the first day when we checked in was very arrogant and assumed that we were Chinese without asking. To be fair, the 2nd and 3rd day receptionist was great, polite and pleasant.

Cons (-) There’s blockage of the toilet but at the same time water kept flushing down, so there’s flooding in the bathroom. The staff on duty blamed us on putting “toilet paper” in the toilet and caused the blockage, but that’s really common sense & normal usage. So ridiculous and unreasonable!! Pros (+) Handy location for the airport and tour pick up. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of food which was replenished often.
Cons (-) The noise of the plumbing. It sounded like someone was tapping on pipework. If you are a light sleeper then this noise will keep you awake.

Pros (+) Very convenient location, just 15 minutes drive from the airport and perfect to catch my early morning flight! Many convenience stores, restaurants/cafes and gift shops close by and hotel reception was super helpful with requests.
