Pros (+) Leveque did a great job with the New Year's celebration in the lobby. It was lots of fun.
Cons (-) Usually they set up the constellations in the room at night, which are fun to fall asleep to, and I know it was a busy night, but our set up never happened. Also, breakfast was supposed to be included in the room but I never got any explanation on how that was supposed to work.
