The property was very nice. We had a made dial emergency and the staff stepped right up. Thet called an ambulance and came to the room. , helped my husband back into bed and stayed until the ambulance left with my husband and myself. They were helpful and concerned beyond the call of duty.
Staff were friendly, and knowledgeable. Breakfast was wonderful. Location by Bon Marche a 1/2 block from the 10 train was great. Museums in walking distance.

The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. The location is amazing, I’m definitely staying here again when I’m in Paris.
Good Location, the staff are very friendly and helpful! Benjamin and Pierre gave us couple of recommendations for restaurants around the hotel, they were all great.
Walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors talking and walking… but I would still go back to this hotel!

Double bed size too small 140x200. No twin beds in some rooms. The elevator is very small max for two persons.
