Pros (+) The hotel was well maintained and quiet. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The staff were kind and the location is amazing.
Cons (-) The shower stall in the room was clear glass. It was completely impractical for two friends sharing a room as it was visable from every angle. The staff did their best to tape A4 papers across the middle of the glass to provide some privacy but it's really short sighted for a property not to take various combinations of guests into consideration. A strip of frosted tape or a blind wouldn't detract...

Pros (+) The location was perfect for us since we didn’t rent a car and walked to most places. The staff had excellent customer service, and the shelves on the floors across from the elevator were used to hold apples for hotel guests.
Cons (-) Housekeeping was inconsistent - some new towels one day and then the next day, we were missing towels.

Cons (-) Very small front desk and there’s not an area in lobby to hang out while waiting. No trademark scent as soon as you enter hotel. Pillows very uncomfortable!
