great location - 3 mins easy walk from train station, facing the lake front row buildings, great lounge style terrasse to chill, nice & modern rooms, nice for morning jogs along the lake, close to city and easy to hop on ships, busses, trains, close to many restaurants

Breakfast is quite poor. Hardly any choices and they run out quite quickly and are not replenished. Housekeeping is cursory, could clean the room and bathroom more properly
The view of the lake is stunning with the huge window and balcony! Alma and other staff members are extremely helpful and so kind. Everything about the hotel is amazing! Easy parking underground with elevators to your room, quiet even on the lake side, fantastic breakfast, clean room supplied with all necessities and location couldn’t be better. Very large modern room with amazing balcony to see the stunning view. Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable bed. The staff were genuinely friendly and went above and beyond when I needed assistance. The restaurant was top class.
