Pros (+) The personnel was very nice, welcoming and attentive to all my needs. Good location, not far from downtown but in a quiet area. Very clean, good breakfast buffet with local products. Great idea to give the possibility to access one's personal Netflix account on the tv in the room. I had a very nice stay.
Cons (-) The room could have been a bit bigger but it was cozy.

Pros (+) The hotel is located 100 meters from Cassana ski lift. All amenities required by skiers are available (locker room with boots heaters, ski room). Excellent breakfasts, eggs prepared on-demand, fresh orange juice, local hams and cheeses, very good coffee. Family rooms are available. There is no restaurant to have dinner in the hotel, but every afternoon there was a welcome snack served free-of-char...
Cons (-) The dining area is a little small, and some people had to have breakfasts in the main lobby, which can be inconvenient because you have to take the stairs (we noticed that because we were a group of 4 families and we used all the seats in the dining room). Also breakfast could be served earlier on Saturdays when lots of guests check-out and have to drive through the tunnel to CH (closing at 9 am)....
