Staff, especially Pamela, were outstanding. All our needs were met and our stay was simply wonderful. The room was lovely and immaculate. Super clean, great food and lovely place
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The attention of cleaning, dining and reception staff was exceptional
The only thing was there was a rooster singing at 4 am, but it wasn’t at all the hotel’s fault.
The property was beautiful. Lots of antiques and fireplaces. Some very quaint touches. The included breakfast was amazing. Alonso would make us pretty much whatever we wanted and it was delicious. that has nothing to do with property. is just the roads and streets in Tapalpa are terrible so to arrive to the hotel is not that comfortable.
