Lovely hotel! Rooftop are was my favourite. Staff were helpful. In a quite area of Florence but nonetheless easy to get around on foot

Perfect stay to start our honeymoon! The rooftop pool was great and one of the best views of the city! Great location just a short walk to the centre. Would definitely recommend!
The breakfast was decent although every day was exactly the same. The setting and rooftop is absolutely beautiful.
The service in the restaurant. The staff were very hesitant to do the basics like clear a plate off a table . The manager of the restaurant literally asked us to leave at 10:35, breakfast ended at 10:30 as they needed to set up for lunch - which I totally understand. Leaving
Hotel is in a good location and 15-20m walk from the centre. The rooftop bar is an added bonus, but it is quite a small area, so it does get busy. Therefore, it is limited to the number of sunbeds and a little too close for comfort. John, the barman, is an excellent cocktail maker! The reception staff were very good too.
Fans in the patio/dining area would be good. Temp was 38 degrees upon our visit, so it was quite uncomfortable to sit in the chairs provided.
Free WiFi
There were two main issues: - The noise in the room was unbearable, we could hear absolutely EVERYTHING from the rooms around and above ours, late into the night and from the early morning. It was a 25 minute walk to everything? Located in residential section.
The location was very convenient, the place was spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. The kindness of Roberto , who served during breakfast will remain unforgettable — truly an example to follow!
The quality of the dinner at Rossini terrace. There is space to improve
The staff and location were great. We made use of the rooftop pool and bar each day and enjoyed the breakfast on our final morning.
