Huge issues on room cleanness (below bads is a lot of dirty) Shower’s equipment is quite old No parking places available
Clean hotel and rooms. Thank you for the nice quiet room. Breakfast very good including cooked breakfast. Staff pleasant, nice and helpful

The breakfast was impeccable, the hotel always smelt clean, the beds were always made, fresh towels were given. Staff incredibly helpful and the beds felt like I was sleeping on clouds! Looking at booking again soon 10000/10 couldn’t recommend more.

We stayed here during our trip from Japan. Although we had booked a standard room, we were kindly upgraded to a suite as there was availability. The room, including the bathroom, was extremely clean and comfortable, and the view of Wawel Castle from the window was absolutely stunning. The only slight downside was that the hotel is a bit far from Kraków Central Station. We visited the Auschwitz Museum from Kraków Central Station and traveled to Warsaw after checking out, so it was a little inconvenient. Beautiful rooms, lovely central location, super quiet despite having a room on 1st floor facing the road, very clean room, fantastic sauna (super hot finish dry sauna) and super helpful staff.
Lovely hotel. Super friendly, helpful staff speaking really good English. Quality room/bathroom. Great breakfast options. Quality packed lunch provided for early morning trip pick up. Great location for both old town and Jewish quarter.
Our only minor issue was the in room a.c. Despite helpful staff trying to solve the temperature issue it was uncomfortably hot over night, every night! Without this issue it would definitely have been a 10/10
Beautiful hotel in a really central location. Friendly helpful staff, amazing food, great vegetarian choices for breakfast. Loved the rituals toiletries, really nice touch. The sky restaurant is fabulous, definitely recommend it.
