Location and friendly staff
it was awesome nothing bad
is run by the family which makes to feel it as home. the owners are very attentive with all guests and they try to help you with all your requests. The food was really good which was a very nice surprise for me, which I am more Mediterranean type of food lover. I really recommend the hotel and I will try to come back. Many thanks for the worm atmosphere.

Great hotel! Very clean and comfortable rooms. Food was tasty and local. If you go snowboarding/skiing: Serfaus/Fiss/Ladis is 20/30 min away by car. We also went to the Kaunertal Glacier by bus (stops in front of the hotel). The ski area there was surprisingly good: no lines for the lifts, beautiful nature, diverse pistes (for 1-2 days maximum).

Very friendly staff, clean recently built/renovated and spacey room with nice view, good sauna etc. People at reception helpful even with extra requests like getting snow chains. Good breakfast and rich dinners only contributed to overall very positive experience.

The bed was extra comfy and the staff very accommodating.
A bit far to the ski slopes (45min by bus). However, the ride there is breathtaking. There is a Skilift within walking distance from the hotel, great for kids.
