Pros (+) The hotel is beautiful. All the staff members were kind, helpful and everything was handled with a smile. The room was great! Clean and maintained perfectly. The spa is nice and beautiful, the massages were great and the facilities are pretty and clean.

Pros (+) This hotel is amazing! Very clean. Staff is wonderful. Location is the best in Prague. Room is great, Beds are very comfortable . Would definitely come back.
Cons (-) They charged us extra 10€ per one for the sauna which was a bit weird.

Pros (+) Breakfast , front desk service, housekeeping, hotel dinner and staff, were amazing. Large rooms, shower and bed were amazing. Location , location , location. We got it all. Would definitely stay here again. That is the first time, I said that about the hundreds of hotels I have stayed at. It's a big compliment.

Pros (+) The restaurant is fine.
Cons (-) There are different kind of five stars hotels, this is a confusing one, I don't understand how it get five stars. The team is impatient, the design of room is not reasonable (ex: the washbasin is too large, it takes all the panel so you can't put your makeup staff on the panel, plus no shelf in the showing cell so where do we put the shampooing ?) I don't recommend it.

Cons (-) We booked a twin room (with two beds); unfortunately, the blankets on both beds were not clean, as we noticed red stains on each. Furthermore, the amount of shampoo provided was inadequate, forcing us to buy more from an outside store.
