The hotel is well located near old town and convenient to public transportation. Breakfast has a wide range of selections; the coffee barista was very good and the freshly made orange juice was wonderful. Booked a superior room and it was very nicely appointed and had a good view. The executive lounge was appreciated.
The egg / omelet station was a plus, but the chefs cooked the eggs at too high a heat. They do not know how to cook an egg over easy ... hard yolks. This would be worth a bit of training to make the station worthwhile.
I’ve never shared my experience about any hotel before, but this one was so wonderful that I genuinely can't think of a single drawback. From the room to the staff, everything was exceptional. I will definitely stay at this hotel whenever I come to Prague. There's no need to exchange your currency elsewhere, the hotel offers the best rates.
Just need to increase breakfast items.
The location is geographical.
I didn’t expect the experience from breakfast buffet was so disappointing. The chef for the egg section was suck. When ordering, she doesn’t understand in English and use her own language to talk to her colleague. The eye communication between her and her colleague are making us discomfort. The hotel is beautiful. All the staff members were kind, helpful and everything was handled with a smile. The room was great! Clean and maintained perfectly. The spa is nice and beautiful, the massages were great and the facilities are pretty and clean.

Awesome location with great staff, nice size rooms . Their restaurant was so good we ate there multiple times. Their breakfast buffet was great
