Pros (+) Love the room, it was spacious and have the equipments for me to prep food for my baby. And hotel staff very kindly prep cot and bed guard for us. Love the free delights like Starbuck coffee for hotel guests.
Cons (-) The check in time is very strict jus like other jap hotels. Would be good if the Starbuck coffee is available whole day :) pillow a little too soft..

Pros (+) Lovely, modern rooms with everything you need. Complementary, quality coffee was appreciated. Location was excellent for exploring Namba/Dontonburi (shopping/restaurants/nightlife). Close to Namba metro station, but a long walk from the Namba JR station.
Cons (-) Nothing. Pricier than most of the accommodation we stayed in during our trip, but you get what you pay for.
