The property is excellent, clean, very very close location to all the attractions staff are very friendly and helpful Everything was perfect and I enjoyed my stay so much thank you The room size is also decent
I wish the room had a kettle and some coffee/teabags and that the hotel had some room service But otherwise it was perfect
The location was perfect home base to walk the Old Town. Room was very comfortable - bed was great. Breakfast was a great selection buffet style.

Some staff seemed reluctant to engage in conversation, holding back, perhaps a language issue since we're not native.

Our bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress should be replaced. It was like sleeping in a hammock for 5 nights. Rolling right or left on my side was a chore as I was going up hill either way. Really, this was our only beef with the place. Staff great!
Everything was all we could hope for. The staff in particular deserve full praise. They take real pride in providing 5 star customer service. Special thanks go to Bilana - our room attendant - who 'went the extra mile' on a day when I was feeling ill and unable to leave the room until late afternoon, long after she would normally have serviced it. Our taxi had to drop us off down the street as no parking was available ourside the hotel
I've stayed at several hotels in Vienna, and this one is by far the best. I hope to come back. It's a very pleasant, clean, and well-maintained hotel in the heart of the city
