Marvelous hotel, very clean, comfortable, very helpful staff, great breakfast. Cannot recommend it enough.
Poor internet in the room
Super nice loft-style room with a fireplace. Amazing breakfast! Super friendly staff catered to all our requests :)
The Wi-FI was not working properly and the there is no good 4G reception (or at least there wasn't in the room we were staying at)

We loved the location of resort, as we were lucky enough to admire the snowy environment. The restaurant was absolutely amazing! Huge portions, great flavors and amazing prices! We couldn't help but congratulate the chef! The room was comfortable, cozy and clean, with great temperature!
Too much noise during evening hours due to children running around the hall and up and down the stairs.

It is quite expensive but you do get value for your money.

There is free on site parking and the village of Agios Athanasios is only a short drive away. There wasn't much snow when we were there but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent in overall, highly recommended. Amazing interior design, super polite staff, super clean. The jacuzzi bath in our room was fantastic, made our day. We enjoyed a nice massage. Don't miss the escape room, which was surprisingly good. The bar is great, too, you can easily spend hours there eating delicious plates, playing board games and enjoying the nice mountain view.
Poor soundproof, we could hear lots of noise from the upper room and the main corridor. That's the one and main flaw we found in the hotel. Breakfast is ok but we we've had better. No satelite tv. Also, if you are looking for a spa hotel, this is not a spa one. We knew this beforehand so no surprise there, just be aware cause the name may trick you.
