Pros (+) Cosy and in a great location, nice bar and hip decor, staff is friendly.
Cons (-) Room was a bit on a tiny side. Worst thing was that we had no hot water in the bathroom in half of our stay due to a problem with hot water pipe!!! :(

But there are cafes on every Paris street corner - and coffee is cheaper at the bar (standing) - so we survived. Pros (+) The hotel is in really good location, very convenient to go to different attractions. There is a really nice bakery just 3 mins away and multiple restaurants and shops near by. The staffs are really nice and helping, the bar in the hotel also has nice cocktails.
