Breakfast was amazing as the food was so delicious!! Staff was very accommodating

No microwave, very limited number of kitchenware. Good for stay for a couple of days.
The personnel tried to solve the problems and find fast solutions. Not crowdy in June. Nice location to see Zlatibor. Free parking. Breakfast was good. Child room with toys.
No clima in the rooms. It was hot enough there. Central air conditioning didn't helo to cool down the room. A lot of lamps didn't work everywhere in the hotel. In SPA a shower was broken and massage by water jets didn't work. Old furniture in the room and some dust before accommodation. We asked for a manager, but didn't talk directly.

Pool water was cold, sauna and salt room were very small barely two people can fit, the room was also very small, barely any room to turn around, the lights were flickering all the time, room temperature was unbearably high at times, we had to sleep with the window open at all times and the prices at the hotel cafe were very high

The gym could be better equipped
Small nice hotel, friendly staff, especially the woman at the pool. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel does not have a restaurant, so lunch and dinner are not possible, which we did not know, and that is a big disadvantage, especially for us with small children. The breakfast is average, for a 4-star hotel, the food could be much better.

Location is fantastic. The staff are very hard working. The pool and sauna are decent. The room is outdated to be a king suite and the shower head was dirty and didn't work. More of a management issue because the workers are fantastic.
The complete staff of the hotel is exceptional, friendly and helpful. Great location, near the center with the free parking. Good breakfast and other amenities (pool, spa and gym). The room (double room with balcony) was comfy with bathroom, tv, wifi, mini fridge and all other essentials with daily cleaning service and change of towels. Quiet neighborhood for the good rest.
