Great location, and that’s about it.
I booked a room through Booking.com. My criteria were: close to the center, available parking, and breakfast included. Our stay started as badly as it gets. We arrived at the hotel’s parking entrance, where employees—clearly under a lot of stress—checked if we were on the list. Excellent breakfast, but get your order for fried eggs in as you go in! Large bedroom. Bath & shower provided. Right in the middle of town.
duvet was rather narrow. TV did not have English speaking channels.
Excellent hotel!!! really excellent! staff is veeeeeery much helpful and responsive! room was very comfortable - I slept like a baby which is really rare for me in hotels. Location is wonderful. Location is in the center, breakfast is ok, hotel is quite clean and spaceus.
Breakfast was ok, used to be much better with private cook of fresh omlets but now only buffet was there. Price could be lower. Parking was not clear, as it was open to enter in the evening and no info no message, but the next day after I wanted to leave they didn't let me out as it was not paid, so I had to go back up to reception and pay it - 15 EUR!!! - which is quite overpriced.
The hotel is located right in the heart of Brno, with everything within easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and my request for a quiet room was handled perfectly. The suite could get quite warm, and it was difficult to regulate the temperature properly. Also, the shower was located inside the bathtub, which made getting in and out a bit uncomfortable. Although the shower itself worked well, a walk-in shower would have been preferable.Read more
