Pros (+) Great Location for All trains & buses. Family Mart & 7/11 across the road. Short walk to catch the airport Limousine Bus for departures. Staff were very helpful
Cons (-) They did not take away any rubbish. Which we thought would be part of the cleaning process. Our rubbish stayed in our room the whole 5 days that we were there. You were not allowed to eat other foods & drinks in the seating/ restaurant area. Only the food & drink you buy from their restaurant.

Nice touch with complimentary refreshments and snacks through the day. Short walk from the Sakurabashi exit but after a few days worked out the shortcuts through neighbouring buildings. Very convenient to Shinkansen lines. Staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pros (+) Very nice hotel, comfortable, and clean with enough room for luggage. Close to the station and shopping/restaurants, and great little snacks/happy hours in the lobby throughout the day.
