Good location easy to access.
New build hotel. Can hear people talking late at night when they are in the corridor . Hotel has massage facility you have to arrange it yourself by calling the person. However a message comes up in Japanese when you call. There is no one there to speak to in person regarding this. Otherwise its a good hotel staff are nice. Not far from train station and shopping mall

Excellent amenities and facilities. My room was very large and cleaned to a very high standard. The staff were friendly and helpful too.
The automatic hallway light - it makes a slight noise and went off whilst I slept and woke me up 😖
Such a modern hotel, fresh rooms, clean and fancy public bath, very good breakfast, perfect location, walkable from umeda/osaka station. Complementary drinks and snaks in lobby. Very nice stay.

Good location, new and fancy rooms. Love the hot spring and lounge area! Fell in love with the hard pillow.
Overall ok but there was a hair on the sink in the bathroom . It’s a little gross but other area was clean.
The coffee break, the tea break, the happy hours with alcohol and snacks and the lovely onsen!
The cleanliness of the common areas can be improved. For example, there was a towel next to the lift on the onsen floor.
