Perfect hotel for different purpose, the location and staff 20/10
As soon as we walked in we appreciated this modern and spacious hotel. The design of the rooms is well thought through - with all essential items neatly tucked away and easy to access. Decor enhances the space to create a wonderful space where we could relax. Great location.

I loved everything about this hotel! Located in a super nice area, super close to train station and the Shibuya crossing. The hotel was stylish, the room was spacious and spotless clean. Next time I would only stay at this hotel, and this area.

I liked the playful design & the comfortable rooms & friendly staff.
The only thing it wasn’t so nice was because of the location, there are a lot of parties /music and car noise which we can hear inside the room
Room was somewhat dusty, I only say this because it activated some allergies for me and I usually never have this issue.
The location was right in the middle of Shibuya. It's a super busy area with a lot going on which was great. It's also well connected to any other part of Tokyo on the subway so was a good place to have as a base. The hotel itself was clean and really modern. We asked for recommendations for food locations from the reception staff and they handed us a piece of paper (which linked to some average ish Google rated nearby places). It would have been nice to get a personal recommendation!Read more

The property was in a very convenient location. Close to the train station and lots of shopping. The hotel is very clean, modern and nice. Staff is very helpful and spoke English which was also very helpful to us.
The rooms are nice but very small so there was nowhere for us to open a suit case in the room and no where to really unpack anything. We had to constantly lift our suitcases onto the bed and open it up anytime we needed anything. The coffee shop Shibrewya didn't open until mid morning (there were other options downstairs but it seems strange not to have coffee available in the morning at the hotel...Read more
