Breakfast was superb! Room was very comfortable, but we'd prefer not to be on the lower flow as the climate makes the rooms feel a tad damp. Lovely pool area, great cocktails and food
The dampness in the room - rainy season!
A wonderful hotel in a great location right by Double Six Beach and with easy access by car / walking to the main shopping and eating areas in Seminyak. The staff were wonderful, the food and drinks were great too. We liked it so much that we extended our stay.
Amazing! Food was sensational as was the service and facilities.
Lush surroundings, friendly staff, facilities, food and beverage offerings, sushi is amazing! Great location for running path to Kuta
More towards Legian area so not as close to shopping etc, or quality of Seminyak but fine if not planning to leave resort too much depending on what you’re after with a Grab or walking
The pool was delightful and the staff were all exceptional
It was all great. A bar in the pool would be fantastic though!
We loved the layout and design, nice to walk around gardens
Hospitality and breakfast
Even after paying significantly additional amounts for partial sea view room ,we could barely see the see .it is also far away from the sea. Despite paying proportionally significant fees, not even breakfast was included .It being our first visit to Ball ,we are not really happy
The facilities buffet the rooms bed comfort
Just that we got told all pools we need to remain silent. Which is not what happens when u r in a group of 10 traveling together.
Very clean, excellent room, extremely attentive and friendly staff, very good breakfast, the location is very good, away from the busy streets, allowing you to come back to a quiet peaceful place after partying. Very good service by the pool, the beach is also accessible from there.
Internet wi-fi connection was a bit poor, otherwise everything was perfect.
One of the prettiest property in Bali with a lot of landscaping and greenery. Has good facilities. Spacious rooms.
The breakfast buffet didn't have too many vegetarian options. Tried SugarSand restaurant which didn't have vegetarian food either but the staff was kind enough to get the food customised to suit vegetarians.
