I did not like that the sauna was always cold
This was our second time staying at this beautiful hotel, and once again, it was absolutely perfect! We loved it so much last year that we couldn’t resist coming back – and we’re so glad we did. The mattresses were too worn out and uncomfortable, but otherwise everything else was excellent.
The views were stunning and the room clean and spacious
The old lady was very rude at checkout when she confused my bill with another room, felt very offended Also breakfast was very basic, not the standard for this sort of price in Croatia Bed were uncomfortable because the mattress are too soft
It was beautiful, amenities were just as described, clean and comfortable, staff were very nice and welcoming breakfast buffet and continental cuisines at their restaurant were amazing

The location & view, the looks and design, the spacious room, the balcony, the breakfast
The beds - they were way too soft, even after the staff put an additional layer on top of the matress. Also, there is a constant animal noises from the near by trees, but at least the rooms are equiped with triple classes windows.
Clean. Location was excellent - quiet and green surroundings. Pools and spa. Not crowded at breakfast, at dinner nor at the pool. New and modern rooms. Breakfast and dinner selection was moderate but all that was offered was of good quality.
Nobody spoke Croatian. I do not have a problem with English, but imagine walking into a hotel in Tuscany were nobody spoke Italian. How would Italian guests react to this?! Also, I do not have a problem with energy saving, and saunas not being operational when empty but the person you need to ask to turn them on has a sign "Be right back" most of the day.
