Pretty hotel in proximity to hiking trails. Awesome breakfast buffet and 5-course dinner. Impressive wellness area with heated indoor pool, two saunas and a steam bath. Most hotel staff very friendly.
Conversations with receptionist unpleasant due to his snappy manner.
Our second visit. Beautiful setting amongst the mountains. Cross country ski loipes directly opposite the hotel. Management very helpful in assisting us to obtain right vehicle documentation (environmental pass) for a trip to Munich. The food was delicious and varied choice each day. our room was warm and spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. We will certainly return.

The included dinner was above and beyond expectations. A true multi-course, high quality Austrian meal. I would stay again without question! The location was incredibly peaceful and the facilities were quite well done.
The view from my room was poor, but it was likely one of the lower priced rooms. Some room views were absolutely spectacular. The pillow was quite “weak”.

One of the cross country ski-ing trails is immediately opposite the hotel joining up with a network of further tracks. Very friendly staff. Excellent spa and wellness suite for relaxing after a day out in the snow
The hotel is in a lovely location but unfortunately close to an albeit quiet road which takes away the sense of being in an isolated position. Choice of only one, sometime two, cakes for afternoon tea. A wider choice would be nice.
