Hotel Helevita was a beautiful hotel with incredible staff. It was the perfect stay and the food was amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
The hotel and staff were amazing. The property was super clean, the rooms were well cared for, and staff was incredible.
I didn’t like the extra fees for our children nor did I like the section they had for the beach. We have a toddler and a baby and they informed us it would cost about 75 euros per child / per night which is quite hefty. I’ve never had to pay for our children to stay at a hotel, especially at their ages (2 and under). The beach section is not spacious at all. There is barely any room to move. Lucki...Read more
The location is perfect, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly with beautiful room and food. Arranged a lovely boat trip to the stunning Portofino.
We liked everything! Great location, fantastic view! The staff is great, the service is fabulous! The guys took the headache away of parking of our car, offloaded luggage and took it to our room! The room was clean, airy and bright! We will definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return.

Size and beach access
This must be the most super hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is exceptional in its beautiful quiet bay called the Bay of Silence for good reason. The view from our room was simply gorgeous. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. We had a wonderful 4 day stay.

The over amorous breakfast waiter, who starting trying to chat up my friend, even thought she was 20 years older than him and not in the least interested.
Hotel was gorgeous and in the best location! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was devine! The owner and his beautiful wife were present and greeted every guest. The town is quiet but very close to Cinque Terre, Portofino and Santa Margarita. The views from the hotel were gorgeous. We spent every sunset at the Skybar. It was simply a slice of heaven!!
Stunning hotel in an amazing location! The staff were so lovely and welcoming plus the breakfasts were excellent!
Just one issue with the key but quickly sorted.
Front desk staff and rooftop bar staff were excellent.
