Pros (+) A wonderful family run hotel that is actually run by the family for the last five generations! Their attention to details in this old establishment keeps it up to date and very comfortable. The hotel's location is truly excellent, allowing short walks to many of Prague's famous attractions. We intend to frequent this time-tested establishment when next visiting Old Town Praha!

The hotel staff is the most helpful and polite staff I’ve seen in any hotel. It really shows that they are striving for the best guest experience. Cons (-) Pillows were too big for our taste. They sure look great, but aren’t comfortable in our opinion. The lock to the bathroom didn’t work and cleaner forgot to empty the refridgerator from previous guest’s half-empty iced tea bottle. All-in-all these were very minor defects.
