Location, friendly staff, great location.
Needs a spa / hot tub.
My husband and I we stayed the first week of March. I have no words to explain our satisfaction, our joy of this hotel. the place is extremally beautiful, green with many flowers, fruits. Beautiful scenery, amazing staff and very delicious food. Super close to the airport. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. The tours provided by the hotel were very well-organized and done!

Hotel management, remote location, single beds pushed together, lack of WiFi, decent coffee in room and lack of hot water

Amazing spacious garden, good restaurant, everything new and nice. All the staff very kind.
They have to buy a good coffee machine for espresso. Because the coffee is the only one thing which is not good in this hotel 🙂

Food shared facilities with 3 other customers lack of privacy
Even though it was not possible to check in before hours, the staff made every effort to make me feel comfortable. Very positive energy and wonderful attitude Beautiful place, the rooms, the houses, garden, pool (although a bit on the small side, it is gorgeous), very nice staff
Very minor things that could be improved like one more senior staff, one or two breakfast items (understandably that coffee is not quite up to standard but while everything is varied and very good, the bread is not - and there is bakeries with decent bread etc...). Stunning hotel with very comfortable rooms, friendly staff and great excursions. Food was also delicious and the pool is awesome too.
We stayed for 3 nights and our expectations were exceeded. The hotel is in a good location for exploring the whole island. Our room was in a great position, overlooking the pool, was comfortable and air conditioned. The hotel’s garden, food and cocktails were all brilliant. A taxi into Hanga Roa was only 5000 CLP. We were told that the restaurant and bar was open from 1300 to 2200 daily. My only criticism is that on our final evening at dinner (we sat down approximately 2120 after watching the sunset at Abu Thahai) we were told that cocktails could not be served; only beer and wine.
