An amazing, comfortable, and luxurious hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive, and quick to address any needs that you may have. The were kind enough to upgrade our room for free as well. I will definitely look for a reason to stay here again.
The only thing I didn't like about our room was that the bathroom did not have an enclosed shower. It was essentially a wet room, so the bathroom floor and bathmat got soaking wet every time we used the shower. I do not think every room was like this though, and it may be the preference for some people.
It was amazing everything the decor the location the service and stuff was beyond !!!!!!!!! Everyone was so nice and cute we had so much fun
HIghly efficient and smiling team - especially Anastasia - who always tried to make your stay even more easy and comfortable. Great choice of teas in the room and fantastic green tea for breakfast, as well as a highly knowledgeable and creative barman

Have not changed towels in the room 2 out of the 3 nights.

There is very little storage in the rooms which makes it difficult when you have a lot of luggage are are staying for 5 nights like we were
During my stay my airpods were stolen from my room. The Hotel didn’t seemed very concerned about the matter and did not solve the problem even though I indicated their location.
