Rooms are great, staff are friendly, but best of all the spa area is amazing especially the sauna and the ice bath, but the whole wellbeing area is well equipped and luxurious - perfect after a day skiing on the glacier

The room was spacious, modern, and nicely furnished. Service was good, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. Breakfast had a good variety, including some traditional Austrian options, which was a nice touch. There was plenty of parking available nearby, which made things easy. Good accomodation
All good
We had a great stay here. They even upgraded our room for a bigger one, since there were four of us. The beds were comfortable, the staff was nice, but the highlight was the food. Breakfast and dinner were both amazing and so worth it!
The staff does not speak much English, but were still very nice and we still managed to communicate everything we needed.
Sauna is great, good temperature and ice-cold plunge. Also food is good, and thanks for having my favorite Czech beer!

This is just an amazing place to spend your winter holidays! It has everything you need and even more. Parking: just in front of the hotel, there is a big parking spot, that will fit any size of your car. Skiing: a free bus regularly drives to a ski resort. Bus stop just in front of the hotel! Always ask about sauna. Nowadays naked sauna it's really a big problem, for European people maybe it's normal, but not a common thing. It's not healthy, dermatologica speaking and for esthetic reasons to see everyone naked!!! We didn't choose this service although we paid! No fridge!
The view from the hotel was astonishing. Great wellness and Spa.
Very helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere and lovely spa. Good breakfast and nice dinner which was very good value for money.
