Pros (+) Where it was located in Shinjuku seemed excellent. Vibrant night life. Close to train station. Reasonable good english speaking staff at reception. The room views from the 25th floor were spectactular. Bed was super comfy, shower water pressure was teriffic. In room washing maching/dryer was quirky. In house laudry and sundries room on 20th level. Good selection of drinks, including beers. Ice mac...
Cons (-) Reception was on the 18th floor. 2 elevators to get in and out a bit of pain with luggage. We had the up market garden view room. Could have done with a few more faclities. Like plates and cutlery. A retro looking microwave was there to heat stuff but if you needed a plate.... well. No wardrobe at all, no drawers just lived out of suitcases.

Superb location and great city view from the room! One of our favourite hotel. Just the room is a little small and layout is odd where the basin is not near the toilet but the main door. The laundry room is also very convenient.

All staffs here is super friendly, they sent help actively and they can speak fluent English. But it took time to drive there, as the parking entrance required to pass through a really busy road.

It’s conveniently located in shinjuku and there are lots of shops and restaurant nearby. We changed our room from a triple room to a twin room and they let us check in our twin room once we checked out the triple room, so we don’t have to keep the luggage in the reception, nice!

Pros: - very new, clean, and spacious - bathroom has dividers - nice views since the hotel rooms start on the 19th floor (ours was on the 22nd floor) - 7eleven and Family Mart nearby - Starbucks on the ground floor - near Godzilla Road - the most hospitable staff from the front desk to the Jam17 restaurant - airport limousine bus terminal at the ground floor Cons: - quite pricey
