Walkability, cleanliness, amazing staff, rooftop bar and pool. Drinks and food were delicious.
Parking was extremely confusing and no clear directions/signage. No one was there for valet (checked in late) so we ended up self parking in the garage across the street. Had to park on top floor with no elevator and carry luggage up and down. Based on the reviews, I knew noise would be in issue, but I underestimated how noisy it would be I guess. Nothing to fault, would stay again. Location, amenities, all very good.
Nothing , only marked it down as it’s expensive for what it is, but all the hotels in the area are over priced for what they are.
It was close to the beach and everyone who works there are very nice people.
The GIANT ! dead bugs in the bathroom, they didn't clean very good they were under the bathroom vanity our entire stay, 8 days.

This is a simple, small boutique hotel in the heart of South Beach. The rooms are clean but small. There are no amenities like a coffee machine in the room, or free coffee in the lobby, but there is a lovely counter cafe on the property for coffee, snacks, etc. It feels like a small European hotel, definitely not like a sprawling American style hotel/motel.
