Comfortable, spacious room with a wonderful view over the city. The staff go out of their way to help. Beautiful facilities including a wonderful health spa and pool. Very comfy bed, and a beautiful escape from summer heat. Close to all transport. Highly recommended.
Nothing - it was all excellent.
The location. It’s connected to the Okayama station, two convenience stores and Donkihote are nearby.
The electric outlet. It would be great to have USB charging ports, like other newer hotels do.

You have to pay extra to use the swimming pool. To us a no-go for a hotel in this price range. Very bad internet connection. Overall very dated 90's charm.
location was great, next to train station so that you can easily go anywhere
breakfast is expensive. almost twice of Crown Plaza next to it.
At the train station with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, luggage storage before and after stay, the rate was good.
The rooms were in serious need of refreshments, the carpet looked old and dusty. May be because we chose the cheaper rooms.
Perfect location and wonderful staff. The room is clean and quiet.
Toilet seat is heated and the heat couldn’t be turned off. Blanket is too thick for summer. No shower cap offered but I was provided one after request.
