Pros (+) Excellent location - right in Kyoto train station but the minute you entered the hotel you feel in another world. Room was specious and bed was comfy. Excellent shower and bath.

Pros (+) The very helpful Concierge and the size of the Family Room. Also the location is fantastic being above the Kyoto station.

Pros (+) We stayed on the 11th floor and we just loved everything about it. We had a front on up close view of the tower which is so amazing day or night. Transportation directly below and hundreds of places to eat and shop.
