At midnight is like having the highway passing thru the inside of your room. The staff doesn't clean the rooms, not even wipe the table. When arrived to the room it felt like it was the smoking lounge of an airport. Checkout is at 12 but 10AM these folks are calling you to rush you out. The 24h dinning is a joke of 90% menu "mocktails".

Stayed here for work and it was a great experience. I have no qualms about this hotel. And I will repeat should I be assigned to work in this area again.

We got room with broken door handle. So we cannot open the door from inside. We ask the hotel to repair the door after we come back the hotel. But the hotel didnt obey our request. So we dont get any privacy yet when we stay in this hotel

I requested for smoking room. Everything is near-perfect, it’s just that my bathroom’s door won’t close. No big deal actually. 9.5/10 for me!

if you are looking for a place only to sleep at night this is a good place. but not quite enjoyable if you are looking for staycation. the breakfast option is good, and the taste is good.

The room was ok, the aircon was very cold eventhough i have reduced the fan speed and the temperature, the toilet was very clean, havent got a chance to try the facilities such as pool and gym, walking distance to blok m area
