The water in the indoor pool is 27 degrees, the temperature in the hotel was 22 degrees, I didn't like it because it was cold, the children's playroom wasn't heated.
It was our second stay here. Excellent weekend in every way! Relaxing atmosphere, helpful staff, good food and amazing spa. We also got a free upgrade from the standard to superior room. Going again for sure!
We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is easily one of the best in Kopaonik—a large, well-equipped complex in a great central location, right next to the ski slopes. There are a few minor aspects that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. We arrived a day before the main influx of visitors, and it appeared that not all facilities were fully operational at that time. The only, but BIG disadvantage- is that smoking is allowed in public areas. Each time you go for drink or lunch - all your clothes smell cigarettes. Disgusting. I know, this is an issue for the whole country, but I expect for such level of hotel I would like to have some non-smoking restaurants.
Lovely people on the reception helped with many things including our room shift. All the Staff is helpful and nice. The location is perfect. Cleanliness is above my expectations. Food in the buffet Casa is variable and good. Helpful and responsive staff in all the facilities including ski rental. Great outdoor pool. Play/sports/game rooms are nice. Poor navigation in the complicated building. Just one small lift for a wing. Not enough. No signs with the dishes’ names and no lists of ingredients in the buffet in Casa restaurant. Slow-working and often out of order coffee machine with a long queue on breakfast. There was another one behind the corner but found out at the end of our stay. - It was difficult for us to find hotel parking as there are no signs and a person at reception practically did not speak English. Every possible spot was busy with the cars and there is a narrow one way road along the main entrance. So if you stop the car, you block the traffic.
