We enjoyed the ambience and smaller size of the property. It had a lovely charm to it. The facilities and decor were tasteful and comfortable. We loved the location - very close to the MARTA system and easy to get to from the Amtrak station. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hotel's courtyard bar/restaurant.
The 4th floor room we initially were in had a low mechanical hum ongoing through the night. I learned that others in nearby rooms also heard it. The next day the management exchanged our room for one on a lower floor and we had a much quieter night. It was also a larger and more comfortable room than the one we had initially, and more worth the money we paid.
We loved the location of this hotel, the beautiful historic building, and the food and drink options available here. The bar serves small plates, but it is good quality (not bar food) and quite good. There is a really neat speakeasy bar in the basement area of the hotel, so don’t miss out on that!
The only parking option seemed to be valet, which can take a while and is expensive. A self-parking option would be nice.

Very beautiful property. Definitely a hidden gem.
Only issue we had was the hot water in the sink did work. However; Mitch the manager made sure he took care of us on that issue. Thank you!!!
The room and amenities were fantastic! I loved all of the attention to detail with the snacks, bathroom features, the robe (huge need for me) and the cute touches like books and pottery. Obsessed!
Valet service was not great. I had to wait a half hour for my car both times. I also found it somewhat difficult to actually navigate the interior of the hotel so more signage would be helpful!

My room is very noisy because it's on the first floor and windows are facing to the street. It's impossible for me have a full night-sleep even I stayed five nights there. No breakfast buffet. It's not friendly for the people who is in rush in the morning.

ALL of the staff were amazing. Property was clean and gave you a “European” feel. Will definitely be back.
