Pros (+) Very convenient location, close to Namba station and a lot of small local restaurants. However, for the price room is small and the soundproofing to the outside is quite poor (there is a main road in front, you can hear each motorbike). Additionally, staff at the front desk is a bit rude

Pros (+) Excellent breakfast, affordable and lots of food selection. I love the pork cutlet on the stick and the bread 🙂 Close to the station and all amenities there is a family mart across the road and its only 10mins walk to dotonbori and 15mins walk to denden town.

The hotel was nice and clean. walking distance from the namba (OCT) drop off point from limo bus via Kansai airport. The walk was longer because I didn't know which was a better direction to walk out from the building after the drop off at basement.
