Excellent food and great service.
Our stay at Hotel Goldknopf was truly exceptional! While there are certainly more luxurious options out there, this has been one of the best hotels we’ve ever experienced. Dinner could be much better. Soups and breakfast were excellent. But main dishes could be more Italian and better

We loved everything. The rooms the decor. The covers were really comfortable. The food is amazing and they were very flexible when either my wife or I didn’t like one of the dishes they made changes for us. We went for great hikes and swam every morning before breakfast in the fantastic pool.
If I had to complain about something it would only be that if the weather was bad in the afternoon we were forced to relax as we couldn’t leave the mountain mid day, however we knew that ahead of time so certainly not a problem. We then enjoyed all the hotel facilities even more.
With alpe di siusi's perfect views, impeccable views and attentive service, delicious breakfast and dinner, you will have a wonderful time after a day of hiking! Even without hiking, like my parents, they found the perfect view and the best memories around the hotel! If I had come to doloomite again, I would have chosen it again!
